Cairns Crocs Membership
Cairns Crocs Membership runs from April to 30th June. This is in line with the Triathlon Australia (TA) membership season.
In 2015, Triathlon Australia instigated an auto renewal process for all existing members which occurs on 1st July each year. However, this will only happen if your credit card details and email address have not changed AND you ticked the auto-renewal button on your registration form.
If your details have changed PLEASE amend your details OR manually renew your membership.

By joining TA, you are automatically joining TQ. From the TQ page you can go to the TA registration portal to register for TA and Cairns Crocs membership.

Cairns Crocs members must be TA members. We use the TA registration portal so you can join both at the same time with only one payment required. Please note you will get a TA membership number and a separate Cairns Crocs membership number.
If you join as a TA Social/Non-competing/Non-training member then you must join as a Crocs Social Member and vice versa. Social members can attend all Crocs social activities but they have no TA insurance and can’t attend Crocs sporting activities (races, training, group swims/rides/runs etc). However, they can race at a sanctioned event if they purchase a TA one-day membership. They do not receive the Crocs discount.
You can join multiple clubs to get multiple benefits if you wish and only pay one TA membership. However this must be done in separate transactions. To join a second club, you must act as if you are joining again but be careful to select the same TA and TQ membership type. You can then select the relevant new state and new club that you wish to join. At the checkout, you will only be charged for the extra club membership.
Remember, it is mandatory that all Crocs members 18 years and older help out at least once per membership year at an event. You can reserve your spot at an event from the calendar by emailing us at volunteers@cairnscrocs.org.au or wait to be assigned an event by the committee. You can get someone else (18+ yrs) to take your place.
Fees:
Crocs Adult (18+ yrs): $60
Crocs Junior (5-11 yrs): $35
Crocs Junior (12-17 yrs): $35
Crocs Adult Social: $5
Crocs Junior Social: $5
Crocs Family: 20% off (4+, max 2 adults).
For Family Membership, please select the Family option, choose the number in your family (4 or more, max 2 adults) and then supply the details for each member. When you get to the Crocs section, choose the appropriate Crocs membership type for each family member (Adult or Junior). Each adult must have their own email address but juniors can use an adult’s email address. Make sure you tick to accept the waiver for each member.
The club has $20,000,000 public liability insurance through our affiliation with Triathlon Queensland.
Please read the TQ & TA information on each page; their age categories and rules are different from ours and they have more categories (Coach, ITU, Pro etc.). Be aware that after selecting an option it can take up to 60 seconds for the page to refresh with the update and show the next option, so be patient and don’t try to go too fast.
Note: make sure you join “Cairns Crocs Triathlon Club” and not “Club Croc Triathlon Club”.
