Well done everyone . We hope you all had a great morning. We thank you for joining this 2023  edition of our Duathlon and  well done to  all  our participants. It was wet but 172 of you  got the job done with a smile on your face.

A massive shout out  to our Race Directors Trevor and Sean, and all their  work behind the scene to make this event happen. And of course to all the  committee members   Noelle, Delphine , Jez ,Suzanne and Mat. Thank you  to Renee and her Tri Motivate crew for minding the registration tent on the day and helping with the set up  . And a  big thanks to our lovely  volunteers..
