Join us for our first event for 2018: A fun way to kick off the year, meet other club members and enjoy a well-earned breakfast with fellow athletes and the committee to follow!

Kids: 500m run, 75m swim, 250m run.
Adults: 1km run, 150m swim, 500m run.

Adults or Kids Teams of 3 or 4, depending on numbers, randomly selected on the morning.

Avantiplus Yorkeys Knob Duathlon: SUNDAY FEBRUARY 11th

In only 3 weeks is our first race event of the year – The Avantiplus Yorkeys Knob Duathlon.

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED FOR YORKEYS DUATHLON!

Putting on quality racing events takes the work of many.
To enable our club to put on great events each member is required to volunteer at one race per season. There are many different roles for volunteers to assist with on race day. If you are free on the day, watching family or friends compete please consider volunteering at the Avantiplus Yorkeys Knob Duathlon.

ENTICER: 2k run; 10k bike; 1k run
JUNIOR: 1k run; 5k bike; 500m run
KIDS: 500m run; 2.5k bike; 250m run

Well done to all those Crocs who raced in the extreme heat last Sunday at Robina. It was a very competitive field and conditions made it even more challenging but despite that there were some outstanding results. Great job!
