Back by popular demand, the Cairns Crocs are pleased to present another scintillating seminar by Dr Glen Deakin, a senior lecturer in exercise physiology, exercise prescription and strength training and conditioning at The Institute of Sport and Exercise Science, James Cook University, Cairns. The seminar is called “Are You Race Ready?” and will be held Wednesday, 13 April 2016 at 6 PM. Cost is $10 members and $15 non-members. Full details and rego link are on our website HERE.

In conjunction with Triathlon Queensland, the Cairns Crocs are offering heavily discounted club memberships to all NEW Adult and Junior members for the remainder of the 2015-16 membership year. Adults will cost $20 in total for TA & Crocs and Juniors will cost $10 in total for TA and Crocs. Adults will auto renew on July 1 at the regular rates. Juniors will have to manually renew after July 1 at the regular rates. Get your membership before the AvantiPlus Lake Eacham Triathlon (to get club discounts on entry fees) and the Cairns Airport Adventure Festival (save purchasing a separate TA one day membership).
