Peak performance track club Wally Plath (on 0474520892) offers a more personalized running program.
And join a swimming club of your choice.
For the bike part the Cairns cycling club offers some great training and racing options for all ages alternatively approach Velo Cairns for a more one on one training

TriMotivate Performance Triathlon Coaching is a coaching group for athletes training for triathlon and multi-sport events in swim, bike run and strength training. We offer programs and squad coaching for individuals wanting to race their first enticer event through to seasoned athletes training for 70.3 Ironman and Ironman events. With capped numbers and a supportive and highly accredited coach, we are able to offer a high calibre of coaching in a motivating environment.
