The Cairns Crocs AGM will be held Saturday, 6 December 2014 at Michaelmas Cay Ballroom, Pullman Reef Casino at 5:30 PM (to be followed by the Gala Dinner at 6:30 PM).

All current Crocs Adult members are invited to attend. Junior members are also welcome but will not be able to vote.

All Management Committee positions are open. If you want to be on the committee then please return the nomination form to admin@cairnscrocs.org.au by COB Saturday, 22 November 2014. The nomination form is available HERE. If insufficient forms are received then nominations will be taken from the floor at the AGM. There are also lots of subcommittee positions available for those who want to help but can’t commit the time for a full committee position.

If you can’t make it then please consider giving your proxy to someone who can attend. The proxy form is available HERE and must be handed to the secretary before the meeting starts or emailed to admin@cairnscrocs.org.au by COB Friday, 5 December 2014.

The Crocs Constitution has been updated for 2014 to clarify membership classes, remove some inconsistencies and clauses relating to the original club formation as well as clarifying and simplifying a number of areas. It will be available for your consideration later this week.
